Why fixed monthly instead of hourly?
Hourly billing punishes you for asking questions. Fixed monthly means you can call any time about anything without watching the clock.
We also like the certainty on our side. Predictable revenue means we can hire and plan.
What if my needs change during the year?
If your business grows materially or your work shifts in scope, we sit down and review the package. Most of the time the existing tier still fits. If a step up makes sense, we agree the change before we lift the fee.
Is the Xero subscription really included?
Yes. As a Xero Platinum Partner we bundle the standard Xero subscription into your TACA fee. You will not get a separate Xero invoice.
If you need add-on apps such as Hubdoc or Xero Projects, those sit outside the bundle and we agree them separately.
Can I switch packages later?
Yes. You can step up or down at any review point. We move you to the package that actually matches what you use.
What if I need a one-off service like setting up payroll?
We quote one-off work separately and up front. No surprise invoices. Common one-offs include payroll setup, restructuring advice, or migration from another accounting system.
Do I sign a contract?
We sign a standard engagement letter that outlines the scope, the fee, and your responsibilities. There is no fixed-term lock-in. You can leave at any time, we just ask for fair notice so we can hand over cleanly.
