Annual Financial Statements & Tax Returns
Year-end financials prepared, reviewed together, and your income tax return filed with IRD.
We pull your year-end together from Xero (or whatever you currently use), reconcile against bank statements, and prepare a clean set of financial statements. We meet to walk through the numbers in plain language, then file your income tax return with IRD.

Tax Management & Reminders
Provisional tax estimates, terminal tax, and reminders so you never miss an IRD deadline.
We track your provisional tax instalments, terminal tax, and any one-off IRD obligations. You get a reminder before each due date with the exact amount and how to pay. If your year is shaping up differently than estimated, we re-forecast so you do not over- or underpay.
Xero Setup, Training & Subscription
Setup, chart of accounts, bank feeds, training, and the subscription itself. All included.
As a Xero Platinum Partner, your Xero subscription is part of your monthly fee. We set up the chart of accounts properly for your industry, configure bank feeds, and walk you through the day-to-day workflow you actually need. Migration from another system is included for new clients.

Annual Companies Office Returns
Annual return filed with the NZ Companies Office on your behalf, no chasing required.
If your business is a registered company, the Companies Office requires an annual return confirming directors, shareholders, and registered address. We handle the filing each year and let you know if anything has changed and needs your attention.
GST Returns
Two-monthly or six-monthly GST return preparation and filing. Included in Growth and above.
We review your transactions, code anything ambiguous correctly, and prepare and file your GST return on time, every period. If you are not sure whether to register for GST, we walk you through the threshold and the trade-offs.
Unlimited Support
Phone, text, email. Quick question or big question, we do not run the meter on you.
This is the part most accountants charge by the hour for. We do not. Call, text, or email any time during the year with questions, hire decisions, pricing changes, supplier contracts, anything. The fee covers it.

The three areas below are outside the standard packages. Most clients do not need them, but we will tell you up front if you do.
Bookkeeping
Day-to-day data entry, supplier invoice processing, and bank reconciliation. Available as a monthly add-on if you would rather not handle it yourself.
Payroll & PAYE
Running payroll, IRD payday filing, KiwiSaver, and holiday pay calcs. Available as an add-on or via integrations like Smartly.
Audit work
We are not auditors. If your trust or company needs an audit, we coordinate with your auditor and prepare the working papers, but the audit itself is theirs.
